Dension offers a broad technical support system to both prospective customers and users of Dension products.

We recommend that our customers visit the Dension Knowledge Base first. The use of this database is easy and based upon the most frequently asked questions and also on some unique cases. Dension strongly encourages you to register your current product in prior to receiving further support.

If you cannot find the answer to your question in the Knowledge Base or you need further assistance then please turn to your local dealer or use Dension's e-support.

Upon receiving your inquiry we will send you the answer in 2 business days.
In your inquiry please be as specific as possible, please state your country, your local dealer, vehicle year, model and type, headunit type, your Dension product type and firmware version number, and type of 3rd party adapter/device if any; or what is your product of interest if not user yet.
Please note that Dension Ltd. does not support any 3rd party product, if you have such an installation, please turn to your installers or local retailer instead.
